Why isn't the game loading?
The game requires adobe Adobe Flash 10. Click on the link to install - www.get.adobe.com/flashplayer.
Adobe® and Flash® are registered trade marks of Adobe Systems Incorporated in the United States and/or other countries.
Once you have installed Adobe Flash 10 successfully you can start your journey to 56 Sage Street.
If after installing your game still doesn't load, grab the most technical person you know and ask for their advice!
How do I save my game?
56 Sage Street is one of the few free online games that you can save as you go.
You will find the save icon on the right hand side of the game window and can save your game at any time.
The first time you save your game you will be asked to log into Facebook Connect.
After logging you can show off your progress on your wall and once you finish the game, you can check whether you've made the 56 Sage Street Champions leader board.
I haven't got a Facebook Account!
If you're over the age of 13 you can sign up for a free account here and then come back to www.56sagestreet.co.uk to start playing, posting, sharing and saving.
How do I switch the sound off?
We recommend you keep the game sound on as we've thrown in over 200 spot SFX to keep you entertained as you progress through the city. We understand that there might be times when you want to play this quietly, so you can switch off the sound by hitting the sound on/off button.
The Sound on/off button can be found on the right hand side of the game screen.
How do I make money?
The best way is to do as many paid jobs as possible every day, whilst keeping a close eye on your energy and appearance.
However the game's not just about making money, it's about making the best decisions and using money wisely to progress through the city.
Some jobs pay well others will have benefits such as boosting your reputation.
How many awards are in the game?
There are 50 Awards for you to win in 56 Sage Street. You can show each one of them off on your Facebook Profile Page.
I've completed the game but missed some awards. How do I get them?
The 50 awards appear on your mobile phone. Click on any award you are yet to win and you will find out exactly what you need to do to get it.
Why cant I just move to the next area without doing one of those mini-games?
You've got to prove to Mr C that you're worthy of gaining his empire.
The mini-games are his way of testing you.
Tony's Café mini-game tests how you cope under pressure, the Jolly Rogers mini-game tests your loyalty, EWM Solicitors tests your concentration and the final secret challenge tests whether you've got what it takes to run the empire when Mr C. is gone.
